Portland is a city where creativity shows up everywhere — in the neighborhoods, the people, and the small details that make it feel welcoming.
A calm, local-first guide to Concordia & NE Portland
My connection to Portland began with my mom, an artist drawn to the city’s creative energy and the feeling that each neighborhood has its own rhythm. Some of my earliest memories are of wandering through colorful blocks, stopping in small shops, and spending time in community art spaces. Those early experiences still shape how I see the city — creative, welcoming, and full of small surprises.
Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time in Northeast Portland, especially around the Concordia and Alberta Arts District. It’s a place layered with history and creativity — from long-loved restaurants and family-owned shops to the newer spots that continue to add fresh perspectives. I’ve always been drawn to the mix of community, walkability, and artistic spirit found here.
My mom once kept an art studio on NE Alberta, and being around that kind of creativity early on gave me an appreciation for the people who make this area what it is: makers, small business owners, long-time neighbors, and community storytellers.
Helping people find their place
In my work, I focus on calm, thoughtful guidance. I help clients understand their options, move at a pace that feels right, and make decisions that feel grounded rather than rushed. Each NE Portland neighborhood has its own personality and rhythm, and understanding those details helps clients connect with homes that truly fit.
I especially enjoy working with clients who value community, character, and the local, lived-in feeling that makes this part of Portland so distinct.
